    What is your skincare routine?

Morning:

• Rinse face with water

• Apply IFP's Pretty Young Thing Antioxidant Mist to face, neck, chest, & hands; allow to absorb. I spritz it into my cupped hand, then rub my hands together gently & apply.

• Apply 1 drop Skin Biology's CP serum around each eye, 5 drops to chest; 5 drops Super CP serum, diluted with water to rest of face, neck, & hands; allow to absorb

• Apply thin coat of IFP's I'll Get You (Lines), My Pretty to face, neck, & chest; allow to absorb

• Apply thin coat of IFP's Pretty Pearlfection Cream to face, neck, & chest allow to absorb

• Apply 3-4 drops of IFP's Not Just Another Pretty Face Rejuvenating serum diluted with IFP's Facial Spritz; allow to absorb

• Apply thin coat of MAC's Fast Response Eye Cream if I have any puffiness around eyes (due to allergies); allow to absorb

• Apply sunscreen

Evening:

• Use IFP's Pretty Easy Eye Makeup Remover to remove eye makeup & any silicone-based foundation. I put 3-4 pumps of the remover on my fingertips, then apply to my skin. I allow it to soak in for a couple of minutes, then remove with a tissue.  For my eye makeup, I dampen a cotton pad with warm water, add 3-4 pumps of the remover, fold the pad over to disperse the oil, then hold the pad on each eye for about 30 seconds before wiping away eye makeup.

• Cleanse face with IFP's Pure & Pretty Clarifying Cleanser

• Apply thin coat of IFP's Pretty Amazing Plus 2% BHA/4% AHA Liquid to face, neck, & chest - avoiding eye area (my eye area is very sensitive & doesn't tolerate AHAs). I only apply this every second night. I put a small amount on my fingertips & apply to my skin, repeating as needed until area is covered. On the nights that I use the BHA/AHA, I wait about 10 minutes after applying before going to the next step. (30 minutes is recommended for maximum benefits, but my skin has been sensitive lately.)

• Apply thin coat of IFP's Pretty Pearlfection Cream, diluted with water. I use about a half pea-sized amount diluted with a few drops of water.

• Apply 3-4 drops of IFP's Healing Serum, diluted with 8-10 spritzes of IFP's Pretty Fresh Facial Spritz to areas of face prone to breakouts; allow to absorb. I put the facial serum in my palm, add the spritz, rub hands together gently, then apply to face, neck, & chest. (I don't normally recommend using the Healing Serum in this manner, but my skin hasn't been tolerating the Clarifying Serum lately. I dilute the Healing Serum quite a bit to avoid any dryness/flaking.)

• Apply IFP's Eyes So Pretty Nourishing Elixir under each eye; I use one drop of Elixir diluted with 2-3 drops water (this is enough for both eyes); allow to absorb

• Before bed, I apply a light dusting of IFP's Pretty Pearlfection Powder to my face, neck, & chest.

• If I have any breakouts, I sometimes make a watery paste of water & Pearlfection Powder & dab that onto the area. It has to be fairly watery in order to stick to the skin. When it's almost dry, I dip a brush in the powder & dab on top of the paste to make it thicker. I allow this to stay on overnight.

 In what order should I apply my products?

I used to receive instruction sheets with my order, why are they no longer included? Where can I find printable instructions?

In an effort to reduce the amount of paper & ink used, I have decided to no longer include the instruction sheets with orders. Some products have the instructions printed on the labels. For those that do not, you can find instructions on the webpage featuring that product or on the 'Instructions' page. You can read the instructions online or copy, paste, & print the instructions that you need.

Will the oils clog my pores or cause acne?

The oils used in all of the I Feel Pretty products are botanical oils that do not clog pores. However, there is always the chance that ANY product can cause a reaction, such as irritation acne.

 I have sensitive skin, will your products cause irritation?

The I Feel Pretty products are formulated to be gentle, even on sensitive skin. It is always best to do a 24-hour test spot on the back of the neck whenever trying ANY new product before applying all over the face and/or body.

 I am getting breakouts after using your product, should I stop?

If you are using one of the BHA products, one of the facial oils, and/or the Pearlfection cream or powder, it is normal for breakouts to appear or increase for the first 2-4 weeks because the skin is purging. However, after that, breakouts should lessen or go away completely. If you continue to have increased breakouts, I would suggest decreasing/discontinuing use of the product(s).

Can I return or exchange items?

Due to the nature of the products, they cannot be returned once the seal has been broken - so please be sure that you are ordering the correct products. If you're unsure of what to order, please contact me prior to placing your order & I will answer any questions. Another option would be to try samples before purchasing full-sized products. Products can be exchanged if the seal is intact, but return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the error is mine. If I make an error in filling your order, I will gladly send the correct product to you immediately.

 I have questions about your shipping policies, where can I find that info?

 When will my order arrive?

Since some of the products are made to your specifications, it will take 1-5 days for your order to be ready for shipping. Most packages are sent by USPS priority mail, and should arrive within 2-3 days after they are shipped, although sometimes priority mail has been known to take longer. You will have a delivery confirmation number that you can use to track your package.

**Please note - orders placed from July 31 through August 25 may take 3-7 days to be processed. I have some personal commitments, and while I will do my best to see that orders are processed & shipped as quickly as usual, there may be times when that is not possible. I apologize in advance for any inconvenience.**
