How do I order a gift e-certificate? It's easy! Just follow
these easy steps: 1) From the drop-down menu, choose an amount for your
gift e-certificate
2) Fill in the full name & email address
of the person who is to receive the gift e-certificate
3) Add any
personal message that you'd like to include with your gift,
including your name
4) Click on the 'add to cart' button, then proceed to checkout.
What
happens once I place my order?
Once the e-certificate is purchased, I will
email the recipient (and cc a copy to you) at the email address you
provide. This email will tell them that they have received an IFP gift
e-certificate from (insert your name), in the amount of (insert the
amount you purchased) - and I will also include your personal
message. There will be a code provided in this email - this is the
code that they will need to enter during checkout on the IFP
website. This code can only be used once - and can only be used by
the person who you name on the order. If someone else tries to use
it, the code will not be honored.
This is
very important!!! With all of the spam filters out there, I
cannot guarantee that they will receive the email, so you will need
to check with them to make sure it was received.
How do I redeem my gift
e-certificate?
It's really easy! Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout as
usual. Once you reach the order total page (the one after shipping
is calculated), there will be a section called 'Voucher' - under
this section, it says, "If you have a voucher or coupon, enter its
code and click on recalculate". This is the box where you will enter
the code provided in the email notification you received about your
gift e-certificate. Remember - you MUST
hit 'recalculate' in order for the credit to be applied to your
order.
What if my order total
is
$40 and my gift e-certificate is for $50?
Gift e-certificate codes can only be used one time. So it's to your
benefit to place an order that meets or exceeds the amount of your
certificate. I apologize for this, but I'm just not able to keep
track of unused portions of gift e-certificates, and I cannot refund
any unused portion.
What if my order total
is
$60 and my gift e-certificate is for $50?
Once you enter your code and click
on the recalculate button, the cart will subtract the amount of your
gift card and show your remaining balance. You can then click on the
'go to payment' button and pay the balance using your Paypal account
or credit card.
Does my gift e-certificate expire?
There is no expiration date for the gift e-certificates.
Is there a
shipping charge for the gift e-certificates? There is no shipping
charge for gift e-certificates. However, if you order other items at
the same time, there will be the usual shipping charges added for
those items.
Can I order
a gift e-certificate for someone else and products for myself on the
same order? Yes - since the gift
e-certificate is emailed, not shipped, you may just supply your
shipping address for the other items in your order. The gift
e-certificate recipient will receive an email notification about
their gift, and the rest of your order will be shipped to you via
USPS priority mail.
