PLEASE NOTE: Accepted forms of payment are Mastercard, Visa, American Express, or Discover (checkout is through Paypal), Paypal, & postal money orders only. You do not need to have a Paypal account nor do you need to sign up for one in order to check out.

At this time, IFP products are not available for wholesale or resale. The products are only guaranteed if they are purchased from the IFP website. IFP reserves the right to limit the quantity of any product purchased.

 


How to place an order using Paypal:

Under each product you will see a button allowing you to add that item to your shopping cart. The "view cart" button on the right sidebar of each product page allows you to view your cart at any time. You may proceed through the checkout process after clicking on either button. Once you get to your cart, there is a box that must be checked in order to complete the checkout process. Checking the box indicates that you have read, understand, and agree with the return policy.

Once you reach the checkout page, you will be able to choose your method of payment. Check out is through Paypal, but you may use Mastercard, Visa, American Express, or Discover. You do NOT need to have a Paypal account to check out nor do you need to sign up for one. If you do have a Paypal account, you have the option of using it or one of the accepted credit cards for payment.

If your order is processed correctly, and payment is made, you will receive two emails within the next 24 hours. One will be a notification of payment from Paypal, and the other will be from me & will include a copy of your order/invoice. If you do not receive both of these emails, then your payment did not go through and I did not receive your order. Another way to check is to log into your Paypal account or check with your credit card company to see if the payment was processed.


How to place an order when paying with a money order:

If you prefer to pay by postal money order, do not use the 'add to cart' buttons. Just email me at: kim@ifeelprettyproducts.com

Please include the following in your email:

After I receive this information, I will email you with your total order amount & the address to which the payment should be sent.

Please note that the only money orders accepted are postal money orders - these are only available at the post office.
 

Paying for International Orders:

I only accept Paypal (or credit cards through Paypal) for Canadian/international orders. Money orders or personal checks are not accepted.



 

Domestic Shipping Information:

Some of the 'I Feel Pretty' products are made to your order specifications. Because of this, it can take up to 3 days for your order to be ready for shipping. All US orders are shipped via USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation. You will receive an email from the USPS with your delivery confirmation number. Shipping cost will vary depending upon the weight of the package & destination zip code.

If your shipping total would be more than $9.80, I will attempt to fit everything in a small flat-rate box so that your actual shipping charge is no more than $9.80. For larger orders, there is another flat-rate option for $12.95.

If I offer you first-class shipping as an option (as I sometimes do for certain small sample orders), there will be a charge for delivery confirmation or signature confirmation (choice is at my discretion), and for packaging materials. So sometimes, you may find that priority shipping is actually more economical & will arrive more quickly.

Orders that total $50 or more are required to be insured. This charge is automatically calculated in the shopping cart. If there is a problem with a missing or damaged order, please notify me as soon as possible. My liability is limited to replacement of the products, although I may offer a refund at my discretion.

At times, the shopping cart overcharges for shipping - I'm pretty sure this happens when an order weight is 'borderline' between two prices. If the overcharge is more than $1.00, then I will issue a refund through Paypal. Paypal will then send you an email notifying you of a refunded payment.


International orders:

I am more than happy to ship packages internationally - with the buyer's email agreement to the international shipping terms. I want to be able to offer this service to customers, but I also have to consider I Feel Pretty's liability for lost/damaged packages. To protect both my customers and IFP, I have implemented the following restrictions.

You can now use the shopping cart for international orders. There will be a handling charge for international orders to cover the additional time & fees required. This charge will vary according to the total cost of the order.

PLEASE NOTE: The only type of international shipping that is trackable and insurable is Global Express. This is the only international shipping option that is guaranteed by IFP. Arrival is usually within 3-5 days of shipping (this does not count any time in customs). If a package of this type is lost, I will refund your money & take care of filing all of the necessary paperwork for a claim.

If you choose international first-class shipping, please note the following:

  • buyer assumes all responsibility for loss or damage because package is not trackable or insurable

  • the only information that I can give you about this type of package is the customs barcode number - I cannot track anything from this end

  • there is no estimate of a delivery date, although most packages take at least 10-14 days to arrive

  • orders totaling $50 or more are not eligible for this type of shipping - if your order total is more than $50 and you choose this shipping method, your order will be delayed while I attempt to contact you to straighten out the problem.

If you choose international priority shipping, please note the following:

  • the cost of insurance ($2.40 for orders up to $50, $3.30 for orders $50.01-$100) will be added to shipping cost - no exceptions

  • estimated time for delivery is 6-10 days after shipping (not including time in customs)

  • packages sent by this method are NOT guaranteed by IFP, even though they are insured. I will send you all of the information needed to start a claim if your package is lost, but you must file the claim yourself

Due to federal regulations, the liquid BHA products cannot be shipped outside the US. However, the BHA cream CAN be shipped internationally.

International Shipping terms:

For orders being delivered outside the United States, the buyer must agree to accept all responsibility for non-delivery and/or confiscation of the package because of shipping restrictions that may be imposed by Customs. Buyer must also agree to accept all responsibility for non-delivery of product because of local mail fraud, theft, or package disappearance outside of the United States. If you place an international order, it means that you agree to these terms.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that they are allowed to import the products they order from the U.S. into their country.

If Customs returns your order to me, either because you did not have the permission to import such items or because such items are banned in your country, I will refund your total charge minus twice your shipping charge, and minus 20% of the value of your order as the re-stocking fee, and minus any other charges, such as quarantine fees or warehousing fees, assessed by Customs in your country. For example, if you ordered $40.00 worth of products, and your shipping charge is $10.00, for a total of $50.00, once your order is returned to me, you will be credited $20.00 (assuming there are no other fees assessed by Customs).

If the order is not returned at all, you will not receive any refund and you accept full responsibility for the confiscated order. Please be aware: Customs does stop certain products from coming through and you must accept all financial responsibility for this order.

Customs forms/fees/duties:

Customs forms will be filled out accurately. Please do not ask to have the package marked as a gift, or to have the value marked as less than the true value. Packages will be marked as 'merchandise', contents will be described as 'skincare products', and the value will be the actual value of the products before shipping is added. No exceptions.

The buyer is responsible for all customs fees/duties related to their purchase.
